Hello, I’m Jolanta, a multifaceted gemologist, who’s here to make your dreams come true! I am very passionate about my work.

I believe that I’m a rare find in the small world of gem carvers and collectors. Not only have I pursued the education that very few gem professionals ever gain, but I have long-standing relationships with many of the world’s most gifted and experienced artisans and artists. I love bringing together the rare medium and the gifted artists to create one of the kind pieces of art. I have traveled to 87 countries, for both work and pleasure. This has given me a deep appreciation for Geology and the origins of gemstones.

At a young age, my interests in charity work took me to India where I discovered and studied gemology. It was a monumental beginning for my curiosity and lifelong passion for exquisite artwork from gems and minerals. It was in the Arihant Diamond Institute in Surat India (where 70% of the world’s diamonds are graded, cut and polished ) where my journey began. I learned from master craftsmen how to grade both, rough and polished diamonds. Color grading, clarity, brilliance, cut, inclusions and proportions of the gemstones were all part of my deep studies and experience.

Eager to learn more, soon I found myself in Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Founded in 1931 by Roger Shipley, this non-profit organization upholds the highest standards for grading diamonds and other precious gems. The GIA has one of the most-respected and well-regarded gemological laboratories in the world. Moreover, GIA was responsible for developing and standardizing the diamond grading system that is used today by nearly all gem labs.

That was still not enough for me and so, my studies took me to Antwerp, where I attended International Gemological Institute (IGI), which has the largest independent gemological laboratory worldwide. And that’s where I became certified in Rough & Polished Diamond Grading.

I’m also certified in colored Gemstones at IGI Dubai. During the years, my passion lead me to become certified in Colored Gemstones Treatments, Emerald Treatments from International School of Gemology (ISG) and even study diamond trading at Rapaport Academy. I’m also a member of the International Gem Society (IGS).

I am an accomplished classical pianist, received Bachelor’s Degree in Business Law from Vilnius, Lithuania, and earned my Private Pilot’s License (Gold Wings) in 2003 at England Barton Airfield.
