Amethyst Sculpture – Jellyfish
Jellyfish, titled Transparen-Sea, is hand-carved from a single crystal of bi-colour amethyst from Bolivia. The base is obsidian, worked as ocean rocks, and all the metalwork is gold vermeil.
The jellyfish is given here as a symbol of transparency: being open and honest with oneself and letting others see it, shining from the inside out, reaching out with love and affection. In that reading there is no need to feel vulnerable for coming from the heart, since the heart knows that love is the power and the strength from which everyone grows, and trusting its guidance is what matters.
Materials: bi-colour Bolivian amethyst, obsidian, gold vermeil
Dimensions: 20 × 20 × 28 cm
