The piece is carved in jade and quartz, with silver and gold: a dandelion gone to seed, its round head of small white tufts on fine gold-coloured filaments carried on a tall, slender silver-coloured stem beside a single long, deeply toothed dark green leaf. The stem stands in a small clear vase held in a silver-coloured collar of rounded petals, on a round pale lilac stone base raised on leaf-shaped feet.

Dimensions: height 23 cm
